These two are my latest drugstore treasures.
The truth is that the reason I entered the shop was because I was on the hunt for the fabled nude Scandaleyes pencil. But alas, as with the last gazillion visits to the drugstore, the coveted pencil was not there. Of course I managed to return home with some other findings, so the trip was not in vain.

The Rimmel Pop Art! Top coat looked like so much fun that I simply grabbed it. It has a clear base where lots of little colourful hexagons float. It is something a bit different from my loved sparkly glitters and it could look great on top of a white base or as an accent nail.
On the other hand, I have read wonderful things about the Scandaleyes pencils (hence my trip to the store) and although I didn’t find the nude one, I still wanted to give the formula a try. So keeping in mind that I like my purples, I grabbed the Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in 013 Purple.

Above you have a swatch of the pencil where you can see the smoothness of the line. It is a pigmented pencil that, like khols generally are, is very good if you want to smudge it. However, work quickly as it sets quite quickly onto a waterproof finish.
All in all, it is a beautiful dark purple, which I can see myself using a lot despite the noticeable crayon-like scent.
Love the colour of the purple pencil. I’ve been wanting to add some colour to my looks so may have to pick one up!

They have a few different colours in this formula and they are not expensive. Give them a try!
