This post features the other palette I bought from one of Kiko’s latest limited edition launches, the Daring Game collection, which was inspired by casinos.

This is the Queen of Shadows eyeshadow palette in 03 Elegant Ebony, a generally cool toned palette that, in this case too, is a very basic nude palette.

Whenever I try for a more elegant look, or for a classical cat eye with a red lip, I tend to reach for my cooler toned and more subtle eyeshadows (do not ask me why!), so I think the name of this one is very appropriate indeed.

As was the case with 01 Essential Brown, the formula of the eyeshadows in this palette is very nice. They are creamy and pigmented and are encased in gorgeous and sturdy packaging.

The shades in 03 Elegant Ebony include a light mauvey brown, a medium cool toned brown, a dark cool toned brown and a frosty gold.

Once again, I think this is a palette that is perfect for travelling.
